We stand behind the quality of every product we sell. Therefore, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase from P48, you can return it for a Refund, Store Credit or Size Exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. We offer free returns for Store Credit and Size Exchanges (Domestic Only). A small restocking fee will be applied to Returns.

Products must be unwashed and unworn with original tags.
Items must be returned in the condition they were packaged and sent. Items covered in animal/human hair will not be accepted. Items that smell like they have been washed will not be accepted. Items that smell like smoke, cologne, or have deodorant markings or other stains will not be accepted.
No returns or exchanges on facemasks, face coverings, balaclavas, leggings, underwear, facemasks, shorts with liners, or socks.
All marked down sale items are final and no exchanges or returns will be accepted on marked down sale items.
We need to be notified via email of a request for an exchange within 7 days of receipt. We accept exchanges within 7 days following the receipt of your delivery. Requests received via email after this period are not accepted for an exchange. Shipping fees to send the item out again is paid for by the customer.
After making a request for an exchange, please wait for us to confirm approval of the exchange before returning the item.
In addition to other terms as set forth in the Agreement, you are prohibited from using the Website or its Content: (a) for any unlawful purpose; (b) to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts.
You can only exchange for the same priced item or a higher priced item subject to stock availability.
To be eligible for an exchange your item MUST be unused and in its original packaging intact with all the tags still attached.
If you are waiting for an exchange we would need to receive the product first before we send your replacement, subject to stock availability.
Cancellations can be made within 24 hours of making an order provided that your order has not already been dispatched within this time. Any later, a cancellation will not be accepted as the order may be under the process of dispatch or be dispatched already.
